We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing team! As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of roofing installation projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
You will be responsible for leading a team of installation crews, managing project schedules, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of roofing installation projects from start to finish Lead and manage a team of installation managers and installation crews, providing guidance, support, and training as needed Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of all installations Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate project specifications and requirements are communicated to installation crews Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with safety regulations Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to installation operations Manage the company's ERP system, including overseeing its implementation, maintenance, and optimization Provide regular reports and updates to management on project status, performance, and key metrics Train employees on how to use the ERP system effectively and provide ongoing support as needed Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ERP system Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to ERP systems and installation management About You:
Experience in a leadership/management role Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with customers and installers Job Type:
