Summary:
The Transport Driver will provide transportation services to clients, pickup and deliver client medication, household goods and emergency food supplies as directed.
The Transport Driver works as an integrated team member to carry out the mission, vision and values of HealthVisions Midwest and the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities Include:
Provide transportation services for seniors, veterans, HEART participants, contracted agencies, and healthcare providers.
Confirm appointments regarding transportation and changes.
Maintain transportation records, communications, correspondence, and files.
Report data regarding transportation, updates, cancellations, etc utilizing Assisted Rides.
Submit all documentation by deadline.
Provide a warm introduction to the program for all clients.
Assist the Coordinator in developing and nurturing relationships with individuals and groups involved with the ministry.
