The Administrative Assistant/Field Coordination Team Assistant plays a vital role in managing programmatic logistics, academic programming as well as field coordination for our student teachers.
Pay:
$19.
24/hour Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:
30 am - 4:
30 pm Duties and Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant Manage programmatic logistics or academic programs, including:
Provide administrative support for the program coordinators Maintain administrative data on program operations including statistics as required Maintain records of program area meetings including minutes of these meetings Event planning for internal and external events.
Support program accreditation efforts (CACREP and CAEP) through creation of infographics and data summaries as requested Facilitate EPP Advisory Board forums Take minutes for SOEC Leadership Team Facilitate Special Events Planning (Preview Days, Welcome Week, Spotlight) Praxis testing registration Field Coordination Team
Responsibilities:
Manage student interviews Ongoing communication within and between Field Coordination Team and Supervision Liaisons Maintain system of documentation regarding field.

Education of Administrative Assistant HS diploma College courses, preferred Experience of Administrative Assistant 3 years' experience in an administrative support role Experience in K-12 schools is preferred Additional Information Professional references will be verified prior to any offer of employment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
