The Human Resources Representative is responsible for managing strategic and tactical HR activities within their area of responsibility.
They support and assist human resources to provide generalist support to assigned sites or specific responsibilities.
In addition to their support responsibilities, individuals may be assigned to various human resources initiatives and project teams.

Job Requirements:

years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR Knowledge of HR systems and databases Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency Previous experience partnering with senior management preferred MSI Express will empower you with opportunities to grow professionally, become your best, and make a real impact on our business and that of our customers.
